Registration for the RPVS

  • Assessment of the obligation to fulfil the legal conditions for compulsory registration in the RPVS
  • Preparation of comprehensive documentation necessary for registration in the RPVS;
  • Electronic registration of the public sector partner in the RPVS;
  • Comprehensive performance of the activities of the authorised person for entities that are a public sector partner, in accordance with Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners and on amendment and supplementation of certain acts;
  • Registration of changes to the data entered in the RPVS concerning the public sector partner;
  • Monitoring and notification of legislative changes in relation to the RPVS, in particular in the field of modification of Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the register of public sector partners and on amendments to certain acts;
  • Regular identification and verification of end-users of benefits in accordance with Act No. 315/2016 Coll. on the Register of Public Sector Partners and on Amendments and Additions to Certain Acts;
  • Ensuring the deletion of the public sector partner from the RPVS.
